Wearing spirit gear is an important part of the school spirit process that enriches student’s lives. When students wear specified spirit gear, they are telling the other students and faculty in the school that they respect going to that particular school and that they support it. It is a rock-solid way to communicate what is in a student’s heart; by showing their school spirit and encouragement with what they wear. Spirit gear can range from a multitude of different clothing choices; from sweatshirts with the schools logo on it, to wearing a t-shirt that includes the schools colors. Students show their school spirit by wearing logo hats, socks, wristbands, and even shoes and headbands.
